Effective 17 July 2026 · Version 1.0
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ContentDesk’s planning, approval, media, publishing, reporting, billing, and support services. The agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and private client links, and have authority to manage every workspace, brand, client record, file, and social account you add. Organization owners control team access. You are responsible for actions taken through credentials you share.
Approvals and publishing
ContentDesk separates production state, approval, scheduling, and publishing. Approval alone does not publish. You must review the selected channel, time, media, and caption. Provider outages, API changes, review restrictions, or uncertain remote results may delay publishing; uncertain jobs must be reconciled before retrying.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in USD through PayPal for the chosen cycle. Verified provider webhooks—not browser redirects—activate entitlements. Cancellation retains access through the paid period. Failed payments may enter a seven-day grace period before Free limits apply. Downgrades do not delete existing data but can block new brands or uploads above the lower limits.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted provider availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and disputes
We may restrict use for material breach, security threats, unlawful activity, non-payment, or provider requirements. You may stop using the service and request export/deletion subject to retention duties. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support; Sri Lankan law and competent Sri Lankan courts apply.
