Secure HTTP-only cookies maintain workspace and PIN-client sessions. Browser storage remembers theme, sidebar, tour, daily-tip, and “don’t show install prompt again” preferences. These are necessary or functional and are not used to sell advertising profiles.

PayPal may set cookies when its checkout is loaded. Social-provider authorization pages are governed by those providers. You can block non-essential storage in your browser, but blocking authentication cookies prevents account and client portal use.
